Training
Louise graduated music from Oxford Brookes University in 2000 and continued her vocal studies at Trinity College of Music, London.
After several years as a piano teacher Louise's passion for singing developed. She studied with Richard Morton (principal tenor Welsh National Opera) finding her true talent in singing. She is now concentrating on her solo performance with Quentin Hayes (principal baritone Covent Garden Opera 1999-2004).

Eponine Les Miserables, with Pimlico Opera in Wandsworth Prison May 2007, Ensemble Falstaff with Grange Park Opera June/July 2007.

Solo Performance
Louise has given recitals at venues such as The Holywell music rooms and Jaqueline Dupre Building Oxford. She features regularly at the Royal Military College of Science proms, performing with the Central Band of the Royal Air Force, The Royal Marines, The Scots Guards, and The Irish Guards.

Opera Souffle 2001-2005
In 2001 Louise and co partner Anna Pelly set up their own opera company ‘Opera Soufflé.’ Their primary aim was to entertain; to show just how dramatic, funny, sexy and how down to earth Opera can be.
After a successful run at the Edinburgh Festival in 2002 they went from strength to strength, performing extensively at home and abroad.
Venues include: Pizza on the Park Knightsbridge, The Langham Hilton London, Stratford on Avon Festival, Aston Villa football stadium, English country houses such as Loseley House, Stonor Park, Livery Dinners at Goldsmiths' Hall and for the Duke of Westminster at his home in aid of the Countryside Alliance. |
